What is the Sleep Tees made of?

Our Sleep Tees are made of 95% bamboo and 5% elastane.

Will the bamboo shrink in the wash?

Bamboo is a natural fiber, so very minor shrinkage can occur if washed in hot water. To keep it perfect:

  • Machine wash Cold (30°C).
  • Air dry, do not Tumble Dry.
  • Do not bleach.

Can I send a Sleep Tee as a gift?

Absolutely! You can send Mysleeptee™ products as gifts by entering the recipient’s address in the ‘shipping’ section and your own address in the ‘billing’ section.

*Please be aware: Since we rely on third-party fulfilment partners, we’re unable to include personal messages with the package. Apologies for the inconvenience!

What size should I get?

How can i use a discount code?

Simply proceed to checkout, you’ll find a box labeled ‘discount code.’ Enter your code and click ‘Apply.’ Discount codes are entered before the payment page, so you'll know exactly how much you’ve saved.

*Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you're buying multiple items with different codes, we recommend placing separate orders. Some discounts are automatically applied and will appear as a strikethrough price on the product page. If a code isn’t working, double-check that you’ve applied the correct one for your order (e.g., certain codes may only apply to specific products like Sleep Tee Hoodies or Originals). 

Delivery & Returns

How much is delivery?

Singapore: Standard shipping is free on all orders over SGD $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is SGD $4.50.

Malaysia: We offer shipping across Malaysia! Shipping is flat rate RM 29 or Free on orders over RM 300.

Do you ship to Malaysia, Singapore?

Yes! We ship daily to Malaysia.

  • Singapore: 2–5 working days.
  • Malaysia: 3–9 working days.

How does the delivery work?

✔︎ Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Singapore: Orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days via Ninja Van.


Malaysia: International deliveries typically take 3-9 business days

What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?

We offer a 30-Day Comfort Promise. If you don't love it, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
("Please note that return shipping costs from Malaysia are the responsibility of the customer.")

What is your return policy?

Return Policy

✔︎ We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Not all items are eligible for return, but if they’re excluded, we’ll let you know on the product page or at checkout.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from when your order was delivered.
  • The item(s) must not be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” unless faulty.
  • The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, swing tags, and any specialty boxes/ribbons included.
  • You’ll need to send us a photo of the item(s) before shipping them back so we can assess their condition.

For Singapore Customers:

  • Drop Off (Free): For your convenience, returns are free if you drop your items off at one of our designated drop-off locations.
  • Pick Up (Fee Applies): If you'd prefer a courier pick-up from your home, a pick-up fee will apply.

For Malaysia Customers:

  • Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs back to our Singapore warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer home pick-up or free drop-off for orders sent from Malaysia.

Refunds on Bundles:
Please note: If you return an item from a bundle, the price for the remaining items will adjust to the current sale price. For example, if you bought a bundle for $110 and return one item, the new sale price for the remaining item(s) will be applied, and you’ll receive a refund for the difference.

Example:

  • Purchased a Mysleeptee Twin Pack for $110
  • Returned one item, current sale price = $65
  • Refund: $110 - $65 = $45

Important:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you paid for original shipping, that amount will not be included in your refund.

How to change my delivery address?

Absolutely! please reach out to us here, or via chat button in the corner. Our comfort consultants will look into your request.

Please note that our orders are processed quickly at our fulfillment center, so we may have limited flexibility, but we'll do our best to assist you.

What to do if my order has not arrived?

Ninja Van estimates 2-5 business days for Singapore orders.
Malaysia: Delivery typically takes 3-9 business days.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to high volume or customs clearance. If your tracking status shows 'delayed' or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to us!
