Shipping Policy
We ship to Singapore and Malaysia. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, and you'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Singapore
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days.
- Shipping cost: S$4.50 standard shipping, or free on orders over S$100.
- Courier: J&T Express or Ninja Van.
Malaysia
- Delivery time: 3–9 business days.
- Shipping cost: RM 29 flat rate, or free on orders over RM 280.
- We ship to Malaysia daily from our Singapore warehouse.
Order processing
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect parcels once they've been handed to the courier.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delays or missing parcels
If your tracking shows "delayed", or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please reach out and we'll sort it out with the courier.
