Use of the Site

By placing an order via the Site, you accept these Terms.
You must not use the Site and/or place an order unless you are at least 18 years old.
You agree not to use the Site in ways that:

  • Violate any legal rights, including privacy laws.
  • Defame, harass, threaten, or offend any person.
  • Are unlawful or disruptive to the operation of the Site.
  • Introduce viruses, trojan horses, or engage in unauthorized data scraping or mining.

Accounts

Orders

By placing an order on the Site, you are making a purchase at the listed price (including any applicable delivery fees, charges, and taxes).
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. If we reject your order, we will notify you within a reasonable timeframe. Once your order is accepted, a binding agreement is formed.

Orders can be cancelled or edited within 90 minutes of being placed.

Price and Payments

All prices are in Singapore dollars, and applicable GST is listed separately. You must pay the full price upfront using the available payment methods. We also offer promotional discount codes that can be applied at checkout.

Delivery, Title, and Risk

We will deliver your products to the address provided when you place your order.
Delivery times are estimates and we use various methods to deliver your products. If required, you may need to sign for delivery. Title to the products remains with us until full payment is made. Risk passes to you once the products are delivered.

Returns

Eligible products can be refunded for change of mind, subject to conditions:

  • Items must be in original packaging and condition (swing tags, shoe boxes, ribbons, etc.).
  • Not marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ unless faulty.
  • A photo of the item(s) must be provided for assessment.

We do not cover the cost of delivery or re-delivery for change of mind returns. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.

Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. 2003

We comply with Singapore Consumer protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003. If your product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. You will need to cover the return shipping cost unless your claim is valid under Australian Consumer Law.

Limitations

Our liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the product(s). We will not be liable for any Consequential Loss.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in connection with the products and the Site are owned by us. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

User Content

By posting content on the Site, you grant us a license to use, copy, adapt, and distribute the content in connection with the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

General

  • Disputes: Before taking legal action, both parties agree to try and resolve disputes through good faith discussions. If unresolved, mediation will be pursued.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party will be held liable for delays caused by events beyond their control.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be heard in the Singapore courts.
